E4 High Your boiler is not firing up properly, which means it cannot light the gas to provide heat or hot water.
E09 High Your boiler has lost its connection to the gas control system, meaning it cannot safely light or provide any heat.
E10 Low Your boiler is having trouble communicating with the optional sensor located on the outside of your house, which helps it adjust to the weather.
E15 High Your boiler has lost its electronic connection to the gas valve, meaning it cannot safely ignite to provide heating or hot water.
E20 High Your boiler has lost its ability to accurately measure the temperature of the water circulating through your radiators, causing the system to stop working for safety.
E28 High Your boiler has detected a problem with the sensor that monitors the temperature of the exhaust gases, causing the system to shut down for safety.
E40 High Your boiler has detected an issue with the sensor that monitors the temperature of the water coming back from your radiators, preventing the system from running efficiently or at all.
