What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the main electronic control board suffers an internal hardware failure, meaning it can no longer safely coordinate the boiler's components. The most common reason is general wear and tear of the delicate capacitors and microchips on the board, often caused by the heat generated during constant operation. In some cases, a sudden power surge or electrical fluctuation can also scramble the board's memory and trigger this shutdown.
