What causes this fault?

This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board and the display panel are unable to talk to each other correctly. It most commonly happens after a repair where a new part has been installed that isn't compatible with the existing software or model version. In some cases, it can also be caused by a loose connection or a sudden electrical surge that disrupts the internal communication between these two components.

Typical repair cost £250-450 (including labour)
