What causes this fault?
This is not actually a fault, but a status indicator showing the boiler is powered on and ready to work. It appears because there is currently no request from your thermostat to turn on the heating and no one is using the hot water taps. Your boiler is simply resting in an energy-saving state until it is needed.
This code is more frequently seen during the summer months when the central heating is turned off for long periods.
