What causes this fault?
This code appears when the boiler has been manually put into a specific service mode to allow an engineer to drain the system or inspect the internal components. It occurs because the internal diverter valve has been electronically locked in a central position rather than switching between heating and hot water. While not a mechanical breakdown, the boiler will not operate normally until this software setting is deactivated.
