A Low Your boiler is currently in standby mode and is receiving power normally, but it is not currently receiving a command to provide heating or hot water.
E High Your boiler has stopped working to protect itself and needs a manual restart to clear a temporary error.
E01 High Your boiler has tried to start up but cannot light the gas flame, which means your heating and hot water will not work.
E02 High Your boiler has got too hot and has shut itself down as a safety precaution to prevent damage.
E03 High Your boiler has stopped working because it cannot safely clear waste gases through the ventilation pipe.
E05 High Your boiler has detected a fault with the sensor that monitors the temperature of the water leaving the unit to heat your radiators.
E06 Medium Your boiler is having trouble measuring the temperature of your hot water, which usually means it cannot provide consistent heat to your taps.
E15 High Your boiler has detected a problem with the sensor that monitors the temperature of the water coming back into the unit, preventing it from heating correctly.
