Your boiler has reached its required heat and is currently taking a normal break until the temperature drops again.
This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.
Technical description: Boiler operating but up to temperature
What causes this fault?
This occurs when your boiler has successfully heated the water to the level set on the thermostat and briefly stops firing to prevent overheating. It is a sign that the system is working efficiently and has reached its target temperature, rather than a sign of a mechanical failure. The boiler will automatically restart and begin heating again once the water temperature inside the unit drops below a certain point.
This status is more frequently observed during spring and autumn when the weather is milder and the house does not require constant heat to maintain its temperature.
DIY fix possible
Check that your room thermostat is turned up higher than the current room temperatureEnsure your programmer or timer is set to an 'ON' periodWait a few minutes to see if the code clears once the water inside the boiler cools down
