What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's control system detects that the fan is not spinning at the required speed to safely vent exhaust gases outside. The most common reasons are a build-up of dirt or debris within the fan's bearings, a loose electrical connection, or a component failure on the main circuit board.
