What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main computer cannot establish a reliable connection with the fan or detects that it isn't spinning at the correct speed. The most common reason is a mechanical failure within the fan motor itself or a loose connection in the wiring that carries signals between the fan and the control board.
