Your boiler has temporarily switched itself off because it has reached the maximum temperature it is allowed to get to, and it will restart automatically once it cools down.
Monitor it
This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.
Technical description: The boiler will automatically resume operation when the flow temperature falls below the set point (35°C-95°C).
Engineer required
This fault requires a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
