Your boiler has lost connection with the sensor that monitors your hot water temperature, which usually means it can't heat your water properly.
This fault should be looked at by a Gas Safe engineer within the next week or two. It may get worse if left.
Technical description: Interruption DHW sensor: check wiring and sensor.
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board can no longer detect a signal from the domestic hot water temperature sensor. It is usually caused by the internal sensor failing due to age or a loose electrical connection in the wiring harness that links the sensor to the brain of the boiler.
