What causes this fault?
This is a normal function of the boiler rather than a mechanical failure. It occurs because the internal heat exchanger is still very hot after a period of demand, so the pump continues to run to move that residual heat away and protect the internal components. Once the system has reached a safe temperature, the pump will stop and the code will disappear.

Wait up to 15 minutes for the pump to finish its cooling cycleEnsure at least one radiator bypass valve or radiator is kept openCheck that the room thermostat is not set right on the edge of the current temperature
