Your boiler's internal pump is continuing to run longer than expected after the heating has been turned off.
This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.
Technical description: Overrun of C.H. pump
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal pump continues to operate for too long after the heating or hot water has been switched off. The most common cause is a sticking relay on the control board or a faulty thermostat that fails to signal to the pump that the system has successfully cooled down. It can also be triggered if there is a flow issue preventing heat from leaving the boiler quickly enough.
DIY fix possible
