Your boiler is temporarily running the internal fan to cool the system down after the heating has switched off.
This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.
Technical description: Heatingmode:Fanoverrun
What causes this fault?
This occurs because the boiler’s internal heat exchanger is still very hot after a period of intense heating or hot water production. To protect the internal components and prevent heat damage, the boiler keeps the fan spinning for a short time to dissipate that leftover thermal energy. It is a completely normal safety function and does not indicate that anything is broken.
DIY fix possible
No action is required as this is a normal operating status and not a fault.Wait a few minutes for the fan to stop and the code to change.Ensure your radiators are open to allow heat to dissipate naturally.
