Your boiler is briefly running the pump after heating your radiators to safely move residual heat away from the unit.

What causes this fault?
This status occurs when the heating cycle finishes and the boiler keeps the pump spinning for a few minutes. It physically pushes the remaining hot water out of the heat exchanger and into your pipes to prevent the internal components from overheating. It is a normal safety function rather than a mechanical failure.
