What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the electrical circuit within the boiler is broken, preventing power from reaching the internal components. The most common reason is a blown fuse on the circuit board caused by a power surge, though it can also result from a complete failure of the main control board or an issue with the external power switch.
This issue is slightly more common during winter months when electrical storms or power grid fluctuations are more frequent, often leading to surges that blow internal fuses.
