Technical description: No power, blown fuse, Internal fault
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the electrical supply to the boiler is interrupted or the internal components fail to distribute power. The most common reason is a blown fuse in the external wall switch or a failure within the boiler's main control board. In some cases, a power surge or a short circuit in another part of the system can cause the unit to shut down completely to prevent damage.
DIY fix possible
Check if your home's main fuse box has tripped a circuit.Ensure the boiler's isolation switch (usually a white switch near the unit) is turned on.Check if other appliances in the house have power to rule out a local power cut.
