Technical description: Temporary fault code (Refer to section 7.10)
What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer and control panel lose their connection or encounter a temporary software conflict. The most common reason is a momentary signal glitch or electronic interference within the wiring harness that connects the internal components. If the error returns after a reset, it usually indicates that a component is failing to communicate consistently.
DIY fix possible
Locate the main mode selector switch on the front panel.Turn the switch to the 'OFF/RESET' position and wait for approximately 30 seconds.Turn the switch back to either the 'Hot Water Only' or 'Heating and Hot Water' position to restart the boiler.
