What causes this fault?
This code appears when the reset button has been held down for more than 15 seconds, which the boiler interprets as an accidental or stuck input. It is a safety feature designed to prevent the control board from being damaged by constant resetting. Once the button is released and the timer clears, the boiler should return to normal operation.
DIY fix possible
Press the reset button firmly once and release it immediately.Wait up to 30 seconds for the display to clear and return to the normal temperature reading.If the code persists, turn the power to the boiler off and back on at the fused spur switch.
