Your boiler is in service mode and is simply displaying the last fault code that occurred rather than indicating a current active breakdown.
This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.
Technical description: Display shows 0.0 and the last fault if a fault has occurred.
What causes this fault?
This code appears when the boiler has been manually put into service mode by a person interacting with the control panel. Instead of indicating a new failure, the boiler is simply showing a history of the last recorded error for diagnostic purposes. Once the service mode is exited, the boiler will return to its normal operating state.
DIY fix possible
Press the 'Reset' button briefly to return to normal operation.Turn the temperature control dials slightly and then back to their original position to refresh the display.Switch the boiler off and back on at the fused spur switch to clear the history view.
