What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the main electronic brain of the boiler loses its connection with the digital display screen on the front panel. It is usually caused by a loose internal data cable or a terminal failure on one of the circuit boards, preventing the two components from talking to each other. Because the boiler cannot verify its settings through the display, it shuts down as a safety precaution.
