What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's central brain and its display screen cannot exchange data, often due to a loose internal plug or a frayed wire. Over time, heat and vibration inside the unit can cause these connections to degrade, leading to a total communication failure. In some cases, it may be triggered by a power surge that has damaged the electronic components on the main circuit board.
