What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's main control board loses its digital connection with the internal components that manage heat and operation. The most common reason is a loose or damaged wiring connection between parts, or a hardware failure within the central control box itself. Effectively, the 'brain' of the boiler can no longer see the parts it needs to control, so it shuts down for safety.
