What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the reset button has been pressed more than five times within a fifteen-minute window. It is a safety feature designed to prevent you from repeatedly trying to start a boiler that has an underlying technical issue. Instead of firing, the control board disables the reset function temporarily to protect the internal components from damage.
DIY fix possible
Turn the boiler off at the main electrical fused spur switch.Wait for 30 seconds.Turn the power back on to clear the lockout memory.
