DIY fix possible

Gently press and release each button on the control panel to see if any feel physically stuck or recessed.Wipe the control panel with a dry, soft cloth to remove any dirt or sticky residue that might be holding a button down.Switch the boiler off at the fused spur switch for 30 seconds and turn it back on to reset the electronics.
