Your boiler has locked itself out because the reset button was pressed too many times in a short period.

DIY fix possible

Turn the boiler power off at the fused spur switch (the wall switch).Wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes to allow the internal memory to clear.Turn the power back on and wait for the boiler to initialize without pressing any buttons.
