What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer loses its digital connection with your wireless thermostat or smart hub. The most common reason is a simple loss of signal between the devices, often caused by dead batteries or electrical interference from other household gadgets.

Check the batteries in your thermostat or wall controller and replace them if necessaryMove your wireless thermostat closer to the boiler to see if it reconnectsPress and hold the pairing button on the receiver box near the boiler to re-establish the connection
