What causes the Baxi E.02 – .20 fault?

This fault occurs when the boiler's control board detects that the physical configuration pins, known as jumpers, have been moved or are making a poor connection. These jumpers tell the computer which specific model it is controlling, and if they are missing or incorrectly positioned, the boiler shuts down for safety. It is most commonly caused by a vibrating component loosening the connection or following a recent repair where the circuit board was handled.

Typical repair cost £90-180 (including labour)
