Check that the boiler's on/off switch is set to On and that the display or controls are lit.Check the fused spur or isolator switch next to the boiler and make sure it is switched on with its fuse intact.Check the consumer unit (fuse box) for a tripped MCB or RCD and reset it if it has tripped.Wait 60 seconds, then switch the boiler off and on again at the mains supply or switch it back on at the boiler. If it still shows Off, call a Gas Safe registered engineer.
