Your boiler has failed to light or was unable to detect a flame, causing it to lock out for safety.
Check that your gas supply is turned on at the meterIf you have a prepay meter, check that you have creditPress and hold the Reset button for five seconds
Your boiler has sensed it is getting too hot and has shut itself down for safety.
Turn the selector switch to the 'R' position for a few seconds and then back to the original setting.Check that your radiator valves are fully open to allow water to flow.Ensure your boiler pressure is between 1 and 1.5 bar on the pressure gauge.
Your boiler has detected that the water pressure is too low, preventing it from heating your home safely.
Locate the filling loop (braided flexible hose) underneath the boiler.Slowly open the valve(s) until you hear water entering the system.Monitor the pressure gauge until it reaches between 1.0 and 1.5 bar.Close the valves tightly and press the reset button on the control panel.
