Technical description: Boiler failed to light. Make sure that the gas isolation valve on the boiler and on the gas meter are open. Press the RESET button (2 Fig. 1).

Check that your gas meter control valve is turned to the 'on' position.Ensure any gas isolation valves located underneath the boiler are fully open.Press the reset button on the boiler control panel once to attempt a restart.
