Technical description

Burner lockout (Note: The panel has been programmed so that e5 will no longer appear; the control panel no longer requires re-setting should the burner go into lockout).

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
