DIY fix possible

Check that your room thermostat is turned up higher than the current room temperature.Ensure the central heating and hot water timers are set to 'On' or 'Auto'.Check if the programmer has been accidentally switched to 'Off' or 'Once'.Replace the batteries in your wireless room thermostat if the screen is blank.
