Technical description

Insure that an adequate supply of fuel is available and that the fuel supply valve is open – check the condition of the fuel filter and clean if necessary, ensure fuel supply is reaching burner and vent pump

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
