DIY fix possible

Locate the filling loop (a silver flexible hose with one or two valves) underneath the boiler.Gradually open the valve(s) to let water in until the pressure gauge on the front panel reads between 1.0 and 1.5 bar.Tighten the valves firmly and check to ensure the pressure remains stable.
