Technical description: Burner fails to ignite, initially, this may be due to air in the gas supply line.
DIY fix possible
Check that your gas meter has credit and the emergency control valve is turned on.Verify if other gas appliances, like a cooker, are working correctly to rule out a supply issue.Press the Reset button (indicated by a flame with a cross through it) and hold for 1-3 seconds.
