Thermostat neon is not illuminated (Remove sensor (NTC) from the P.C.B. or check if fuse has blown on Printed Circuit Board)

Engineer required

This is a high severity fault. Stop using the boiler and call a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not attempt gas-related repairs yourself.
