What to check first

  1. Check if other gas appliances in your home (like a hob) are working to ensure gas is being supplied.
  2. Ensure your credit meter has sufficient balance if you have a prepay system.
  3. Turn the control knob to the 'Reset' position, wait five seconds, then turn it back to the 'On' position.
