What to check first
- Locate the white plastic condensate pipe that leaves your boiler and leads outside.
- Check if the outdoor section of this pipe is frozen during cold weather.
- If frozen, pour warm (not boiling) water over the pipe to thaw it, then press the boiler's reset button.
