What causes this fault?
This is not actually a fault, but a status indicator showing that your boiler has a healthy electrical connection and is ready to heat your home. It occurs whenever the mains power switch is turned on and the system is waiting for a signal from your thermostat or timer to start the burner. If your house is cold while this is displayed, the issue likely lies with your external heating controls rather than the boiler itself.
