The Myson LED 6 fault code means: your boiler is currently going through its normal startup process to ignite the burner and get your heating or hot water working.. It appears on 6 Myson models in our database.

Monitor it

This is a minor fault. Keep an eye on it and mention it at your next annual boiler service. Reset the boiler and see if it clears.

Technical description: On when the main board calls upon the full sequence control board to light the main burner and turn on the fan (speed selection depends on LED 3).

DIY fix possible

No action required; this is a normal status indicator.Monitor the boiler to ensure it completes its ignition cycle.If the LED remains on without the burner igniting, try a reset.
