The Pro L 2 fault code means: your boiler has failed to ignite after several attempts, meaning it has shut itself down for safety and currently cannot provide heating or hot water.. It appears on 1 Pro model in our database.
Technical description: If the boiler does not light code will be displayed. After 5 attempts the boiler will lock out and display fault code constantly.

Check that your gas emergency control valve is open and that other gas appliances in your home are working.If you have a prepaid gas meter, ensure it has sufficient credit.Press and hold the 'Restart' button for two seconds to clear the fault.
