What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's control system fails to detect a stable flame after several attempts to light the burner. The most common reasons are worn-out ignition parts that can no longer create a spark or a faulty sensor that cannot tell the boiler the gas has successfully lit.

Check that your gas stopcock is fully open.Verify if other gas appliances in your home, like a hob, are working.Try resetting the boiler by pressing the 'Reset' button for two seconds.
