What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler fails to establish or maintain a stable flame during the ignition sequence. The most common reasons include a worn-out ignition electrode that can no longer produce a spark, or a faulty sensor that fails to tell the boiler that the gas has successfully lit.
