DIY fix possible

Locate the pressure gauge on the boiler or pipework to check if it is below 1 bar.Locate the filling loop (a flexible silver hose) and slowly open the valves until the pressure reaches 1.5 bar.Ensure all radiator valves and isolation valves under the boiler are fully open.Press the 'Reset' button on the control panel to restart the boiler.
