DIY fix possible

Check the water pressure gauge on the front of the boiler or via the display.If the pressure is below 1.0 bar, use the filling loop handles underneath the boiler to increase it to 1.5 bar.Ensure any air has been bled from your radiators if you have recently topped up the system.
