Check the boiler's display to see whether the time and date are wrong.Use the buttons on the boiler's control panel to open the time and date settings and enter the correct time and date, then confirm.Wait a few minutes and check whether the fault code clears. If it returns within a few days or the clock keeps resetting, contact a Gas Safe registered engineer to check the controller's backup battery.
