What causes this fault?
This fault occurs when the boiler's internal computer experiences a brief digital glitch or a conflict in the data it is processing. It is often caused by a minor synchronization error between the sensors and the main control board, which usually prompts the system to pause and recalibrate itself. In most cases, it is a transient software hiccup rather than a hardware failure.
DIY fix possible
Turn the boiler mode selector switch to the 'OFF/RESET' position.Wait for approximately 10 seconds.Turn the switch back to either the 'Heating & Hot Water' or 'Hot Water Only' position.
