Lockout High DIY-safe
Your boiler has stopped working for safety reasons and needs to be manually restarted to see if it can clear the internal error.
What to try first
Turn the mode selector dial to the 'Reset' position.Hold it in the 'Reset' position for approximately 5 seconds.Turn the dial back to your preferred heating or hot water setting and wait 30 seconds to see if the burner ignites.

L-E.D. High Engineer
Your boiler has shut down and locked itself for safety, meaning it will not provide any heating or hot water until the fault is investigated.
