Your boiler has detected a general fault and has safely shut down to prevent damage.

What to check first

  1. Locate the mode selector switch on the front control panel
  2. Turn the switch to the 'OFF/RESET' position and wait for 5 seconds
  3. Turn the switch back to either the 'Heating only' or 'Heating and Hot Water' position

  • NTC Temperature Sensor
  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
Pressure below 0.5 BAR

Your boiler has stopped working because the water pressure inside the system has dropped too low to operate safely.

What to check first

  1. Locate the silver filling loop underneath or near the boiler
  2. Slowly open the small valves on the loop until you hear water moving
  3. Close the valves once the pressure gauge on the front of the boiler reaches 1.5 BAR

Reset light illuminated

Your boiler has switched itself off for safety because it either failed to light properly or got too hot.

What to check first

  1. Locate the mode selector switch on the front control panel.
  2. Turn the switch to the 'RESET' position and hold it for a few seconds.
  3. Return the switch to your desired mode (Heating or Hot Water) and wait for the boiler to restart.
